Bottarga // limited edition is created as a tribute to Wabi Sabi's first year of existence. “Bottarga was crafted in a late afternoon in my old workshop back in the fall of 2020. Back then I worked out every design by hand and Bottarga is no exception.

Bottarga has now been resurrected in an edition of 12 limited edition tables, which are handmade from upcycled Sicilian marble in my workshop in Aarhus.

Called Grigio Bottarga, this Sicilian marble is seductively dark with autumnal tones of gray storm clouds, glimpses of golden foliage and a warm touch of pink.

Each stone slab is carefully selected so that the components talk together in their very own, unique story. I hope you will be as happy with the table as I am proud.

This product is made from upcycled natural stone, which means that the material originates from cutting waste from another production”
