Pick-up in the store - 0,00 DKK. Shipping of furniture and larger lamps cost is from DKK 120 to DKK 800 in Denmark. Other orders shipped in Denmark cost from DKK 0,00 - 80.00 without VAT. Delivery in Denmark usually takes 2-5 workdays depending on when the order was accepted.
In the case of PRE-ORDER delivery in Denmark takes 7-9 weeks depending on the order.
Pre-order items are marked as such in the product description page. The delivery time will be noted in the product description.
If you choose to pick up your order at MALVE, there is no charge for shipping. The order will be ready to be picked at MALVE once you have received notification of its delivery. Please bring a copy of the notification email when you come to pick up your order. Valid ID must be shown when picking up an order.
You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is sent from MALVE With this number, you can follow your order from the sender until it arrives at its destination.

Typically preorders are collected during the current month, produced during the following month, and delivered the month after. For example, pre-orders received during the month of May will be delivered to customers during July. However, some items might have a different delivery time. Should this be the case, the delivery time will be noted in the product description.
Pre-order items are paid for in advance. Once your item has been dispatched, an email with the tracking number and delivery information will be sent to you.
Please note pre-order items may not be returned or exchanged, unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

How to return your purchase
Making a return or exchange is easy. Just send a mail to olga@malve.dk to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your item(s) back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Indicate whether you would like to receive a refund, exchange for another item or for store credit. Refunds will be transferred to the same credit card, from which your payment has been made.
Returns Policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and the invoice should be included with the returned goods.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
You are also responsible for making sure the items are packed properly.
The furniture and larger lamps, cannot be returned by regular post.
Return shipment is on Customer's account, except in case of faulty or incorrectly supplied item(s).
Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Should repair not be possible, we will offer a replacement for the same item. Should it not be possible to repair or replace the item, you will receive a full refund.
